Our layered cakes are 3 layer cakes each offering a distinctive taste. Mississippi Red Velvet comes with a cream cheese frosting. Big Mama Coconut is an excellent with our coconut cream frosting. Our German Chocolate Cake is made with the coconut pecan frosting and chocolate layers.

A Southern Classic that is great on the table. A vanilla custard with bananas, whipped frosting and vanilla wafers. The meringue is available as well.
