Sales/payments/refunds:

• All sales are final.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Royal Cheesecake & Varieties  reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Cancellations/Changes:

• To ensure order completion, full payment must be made prior to pick up. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation.

• Any and all changes must be provided in writing via Email only.

• Any and all changes are subject to availability and  approval by Royal Cheesecake & Varieties.

• Any change requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Additional charges will be sent via invoice and payment is required upon receipt.

• Should your event be canceled and we have not yet commenced work on your desserts, you will be issued a refund minus a processing fee ($25). If we have started on your desserts, you will receive a 50% refund.

• If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, there is no penalty. 

• Should your event be postponed, please notify us immediately with the date change via email.

Pickup/Shipping:

For pickup orders, products are considered accepted once they are collected by you or your designated representative. Refund requests based on color, design, decorating style, or similar preferences cannot be accepted after the order has been picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Royal Cheesecake & Varieties as soon as possible.

We package pickup orders as securely as possible. Once an order leaves our possession, Royal Cheesecake & Varieties is not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation.

When transporting desserts, please drive carefully and keep the order on a flat, stable surface, such as the floorboard of your vehicle.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. If you need to request an earlier pickup, contact Royal Cheesecake & Varieties in advance. Earlier pickup may not always be available.

Nationwide shipping is available on select items only. Once a shipped order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays or disruptions caused by weather, carrier operations, an incorrect shipping address, recipient availability, or other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

After receiving your desserts, please store and handle them according to any instructions provided. Desserts should be kept in appropriate conditions and protected from excessive heat, direct sunlight, or unstable surfaces.

Royal Cheesecake & Varieties does not currently offer local delivery. Orders are available for scheduled pickup in Raleigh, NC, while select items are available for nationwide shipping.

Royal Cheesecake & Varieties reserves the rights to use any reviews and/or testimony.
